Mama's kubo - Special dishes
Here at Mama’s Kubo, Chef Rommel is constantly creating dishes as a Special of the Week which more often than not, becomes a part of the menu. The idea however, is to keep certain dishes as seasonal, in order to maintain the freshness and quality, as well as maintaining sustainable resources. This week, Mama’s Kubo has launched the popular ‘Sizzling Sisig’. The dish is a popular Filipino ‘pulutan’ [bar snack], normally accompanied by fire water: beer, spirits, wine if you’re fancy. Traditionally composed of grilled & fried minced pork, onion & chicken liver. The Chef likes to spice it up by adding beef, spring onions, topped with the ubiquitous fried egg. All sizzling deliciously & mischievously to tempt you.
