Cool down & kick back with mama’s kubo’s 'Hallelujah Halo-Halo'. This staple of Filipino dessert is an eclectic mélange of coco de nata, macapuno strings, sweetened red beans, jack fruit, plantain, sweet potato, various tapioca & jellies, crowned by leche flan & purple yam with a sprinkle of 'pinipig' - toasted glutinous rice - while enveloped by flavoured ice shaving.
