Filipino Escabeche

We serve made to order dishes at Mama's Kubo. This is Fish Escabeche - Pinoy style - which is essentially crispy fried fish bathing in sweet & sour sauce. For our version we use Tilapia fish with carrots, bell peppers, pineapples and spring onions. Contact us if you would like to order a specific Filipino dish.
